Your BPC-157 vial ships cold and should go straight into the refrigerator at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Don't freeze it, and keep it in the carton away from light. A few hours at room temperature, like a gym bag or a flight, won't hurt it, but the fridge is home.

Unlike "research" BPC-157 sold as a dry powder you have to mix yourself, yours is prepared in solution by the pharmacy at the exact concentration your doctor prescribed.
