TruPort
for EasyServer II
TruPort is UNIX software that makes
EasyServer II serial ports into true UNIX serial ports (tty's) on
the host system, providing application compatibility with serial
ports that can be located anywhere on your network. |
| Hardware
Supported |
- All EasyServer II units currently using
firmware 6.1.0 or later.
Run the "SHOW SERVER" command at an EasyServer II
command prompt to see the current firmware version.
NOTE: EasyServer II (or LantaServer)
units that have a firmware version of 5.X or earlier are not supported
by TruPort and do not have flash memory fitted and so cannot be
upgraded in the field. Contact your nearest Stallion office
for upgrade options.
