Software for EasyServer II (including LantraServer) and ePipe

• svr_tty
  svr_tty provides a psuedo-tty devices on a UNIX host for communications with EasyServer II and ePipe serial ports.
• svr_print
  svr_print provides a data pipe to an EasyServer II serial port.

See the EasyServer II manuals for details on how these utilities are used or see the readme file.

• All EasyServer II units currently using firmware 5.X or 6.X and above.
  Run the "SHOW SERVER" command at an EasyServer II command prompt to see the current firmware version.
• All ePipe units

NOTES:  EasyServer II (or LantaServer) units that have a firmware version of 5.X or earlier do not have flash memory fitted and cannot be upgraded in the field.  Contact your nearest Stallion office for upgrade options.

To use svr_tty, svr-print and telnet listeners with ePipe, the optional DCS (Direct Connection Services) feature set needs to be purchased.

NOTE: Compiled software has no extension while uncompiled software has a ".c" extension.

NOTE: Some of the compiled software may have been compiled on specific operating system versions and may not work as expected on all versions of that operating system. In this case, try compiling the uncompiled software on your own operating system.
